The Dropbears and the Bunyips

Mates,
The drop bears have also been a big problem here in recent days. I haven't said much because I know Billy has been worried that they would leave Australia and head toward Canada. The Bunyip's haven't caused as much trouble because they stay in their Billabong's mates, and with the drought here in Melbourne, they just haven't been around. I know they may look like cute lil' koalas, but look at the teeth on this beauty, Crikey!

Hey Asta,

G'day mate :-) Fair dinkum those drop bears are a huge problem out here aren't they ?

Mum had her U.S friends in stitches with her Aussie slang - I think they thought she was alittle crazy :-)

That koala looks awfully scary. I'm not sure if I want to visit Australia now with these fangy like koalas (and here I thought they were just like a little teddy bear), those really scary dropbears that I can't seem to rid myself of!! and now bunyips? What the heck are bunyips? And now Opy with this fair dinkum? I think mom needs to get me a dictionary or better still move to another planet to get away from all this!!!

Hugs from Billy Boo (running and looking behind me to see who is coming after me...)

Ferocious! You better stay away! I don't think you'll be tearing his stuffins out.

We have a drought here too. Just a couple of fires so far, and they have been contained. We got rain finally one day last week.
